Best NHL Money Lines Picks Tonight

Best NHL Money Lines Picks Tonight
An exciting slate of National Hockey League games fills the schedule on Tuesday, November 28 with 20 teams playing. One all-Canadian matchup and a big Central Division showdown headline the day, but there are plenty of great moneylines to wager on Tuesday. Previewing the biggest games and best bets to place on this Tuesday of NHL hockey.

Best NHL Moneylines To Bet On Tuesday

This Tuesday in the NHL features ten games with varying levels of excitement and importance. A couple of games today are among some of the worst teams in the NHL. Although these games from a pure entertainment perspective may not be the most exciting, they offer some of the best moneylines of the day. The most prominent games of the day (both previewed below) are the Blackhawks and Predators game in Nashville and the Calgary Flames hosting the Maple Leafs.

Looking at underdogs of the day, the Arizona Coyote (of all teams) seems like a good wager with a high payout potential. The Tampa Bay Lightning are the best road favourite to wager, and the Predators are a good bet once the line is available (after Chicago’s game on Monday night). The trickiest games to figure out (and therefore are not previewed in this article) are between the Red Wings-Kings and the Sharks-Flyers. Wagering on these two games is not overly recommended.

Game Previews And Predictions

After losing two straight games, the Tampa Bay Lightning will try and get back into the win column when they play the Buffalo Sabres. The Sabres have lost eight of their last nine games and lead the Eastern Conferences with seven regulation losses at home. Buffalo’s offence scores a league-worst 2.29 goals per game (last in the NHL). Tampa leads the NHL with 3.74 goals per game. In the last ten meetings between these two teams, Tampa Bay is 9-1-0. Bet the Lightning to win on Tuesday.

The Vancouver Canucks continue their road trip with their second straight road game in New York. Vancouver has played well against Eastern Conference opponents this season, going 7-4-2 overall and 5-2-1 on the road. The Islanders are 4-0-2 when hosting Western Conference opponents. Overall, the Islanders are the best home team in the NHL this season with a 7-0-2 record. The Islanders home offence, which scores a league-best 4.56 goals per game, should be the difference maker in this contest. Bet on John Tavares and Co. to bet Vancouver.

The big game of Tuesday night pits division rivals against each other, as the Nashville Predators welcome the Blackhawks to town. This is the third meeting between the two teams this season, with each winning once thus far. Both games were very close, with each team winning by a 2-1 score. The Predators are dynamite at home this season, going 8-1-1 (losing only to the Islanders in regulation). Since the Blackhawks play tonight in Chicago (against the Ducks), they are expected to start their backup goaltender Anton Forsberg. If he is in net, bet the Predators to win on Tuesday.

For as long as Brian Burke remains a part of the Calgary Flames organization, there will be a nice, little rivalry between the Flames and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Maples Leafs have a slight edge in the series, winning six of the last ten games. Both home teams won with a shutout last season. The Leafs have the third-best road offence in the NHL this season, while Calgary has the second worst penalty kill at home (just under 65%) through the first two months of the season. Look for the Maple Leafs’ special teams to have a big game on Tuesday to help the Maple Leafs win for only the second time in their last five games.

The two worst teams in the Western Conference play for the first time this season when the Arizona Coyotes come to Edmonton. Arizona is playing better over the last ten days, winning four of their last six games to climb within four points of Edmonton. Edmonton has won the last three games in the series, the Coyotes have a 6-3-1 record since November 2015. The Oilers are a fair sized favourite in this game, despite allowing the second most home goals in the NHL. The Coyotes are 3-2-1 in their last six road games and could win again on Tuesday night.

Best Non-Moneyline Wagers To Place On Tuesday

For those looking for other bets, outside of moneylines, to make on Tuesday, BetOnline has a great selection of NHL 3 Way options, as well as over/under wagers and puck lines. Out of the ten games on Tuesday, the two games with the highest potential of ending in a tie and going to overtime are Los Angeles at Detroit and Toronto at Calgary. These two games are the most even, and there is a good chance that one of these games is not over after 60 minutes.

The puck line to bet is on Vancouver +1.5 (-205). The Canucks have either won or lost by one goal in 11 of their last 15 games. The Canucks are a good bet to keep the game on Tuesday against the Islanders competitive and close.  The best over wagers are on the Panthers-Rangers game and the Predators and Blackhawks. Both road teams (Florida and Chicago) play on Monday and may resort to using their backup goaltender on Tuesday night.
