The two clubs are tied at 72 wins apiece against each other in La Liga, making this match important for bragging rights across the two fan bases. 2017 NHL Playoff Odds: Montreal Canadiens vs. NY Rangers Picks
Montreal vs NY Rangers NHL Playoff Odds
The Rangers haven’t led the series since it was 1-0… That seems like so long ago and so much has happened. We’ve been treated to some real classic hockey games since then. The Rangers have their groove back. But I’m still not sure it will be good enough to win the series. Even though they’re winning and have won the last 2 games. They’re heading home for a close out game, yet I sort of feel like the pressure is more on them, than it is Montreal. NY won their last game in New York to end their home woes. Or at least stop them. They still are far from a lock to win at home in my view.
-Checks preview for last game-. Yup. I keep saying it. Price needs goal support. Well, the Habs did double that support over the last few games, by going from 1 goal to a luxurious 2 games. Sadly, the Rangers managed 3. It’s easy for me to say, I know. Henrik Lundqvist has been incredible and arguably the biggest x-factor in this series. He stopped a lot of shots in Game 5. Montreal fired to a 33-26 shot advantage in regulation time. But NY outshot them 10-3 in overtime.
This game is going to be insane. Downright nutty. Montreal has got to win, clearly. If they do, I say they win the series. I said this before the last game and stand by it. I can’t see New York winning a Game 7 in Montreal’s building. Historically speaking, the home team has an advantage, but not by as much as you think. The home side has won about 60% of all Game 7s in the NHL over the course of history. And to get there, that would mean New York would have to give up another home game. Which would not help their confidence.

Montreal vs New York Game 6 Prediction
Preview: This game will be played at the World’s most famous arena. The Rangers definitely didn’t have to worry about double-booking the venue with a Knicks playoff games (sorry, not sorry, Knick fans). The Rangers have lost 6 of their last 7 playoff games there (even though they won the last one). So they aren’t exactly beaming with confidence going into this game. That being said, the home fans can smell blood and see a Montreal team on the brink. The Rangers were 21-16-4 at home this year in the regular season. That’s tied (with the Toronto Maple Leafs) for the least amount of home wins for any team to make the playoffs.
Prediction: Montreal (-1.5) at Sports Interaction
Meanwhile, the Habs are good on the road. Over the regular season, they went 23-14-4. Only these Rangers and the Blackhawks had more road wins. Despite those numbers, I don’t see New York winning tonight, nor Game 7 on the road.

Ruiz pulled off arguably the most notable boxing upset of the decade, defeating the formerly undefeated Joshua. The fight is for the Unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles. Joshua again opens as the favourite, but the odds are much closer this time around.

The 2019 CFL season concludes this Sunday when the Hamilton Tiger-Cats take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for the 107th Grey Cup. The two teams are the only active CFL franchises not to win a Grey Cup this century, meaning both fanbases and organizations are hungry for a title. Hamilton opens as the favourite over Winnipeg, although the last four Grey Cups have seen the underdog win outright.
