2021 NFL Conference Finals Betting Preview.

2021 NFL Conference Finals Betting Preview.

Conference Championship Sunday is here, with the winners going on to meet at Super Bowl LV. Find our betting picks on the two games here!

Tom Brady against Aaron Rodgers in the NFC and Josh Allen against Patrick Mahomes in the AFC – it is difficult to argue that National Football League fans are not getting the best possible games on Conference Championship Sunday. You can find who we are backing will make the Super Bowl in our 2021 NFL Conference Finals betting preview.

NFC Championship Predictions: Green Bay Packers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

To Win the Game sports-interaction sports-interaction To Win the Game

Green Bay Packers

1.53 2.58 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers? Which quarterback do you truth more in the NFC Championship game? Despite Brady holding just about every playoff passing record in NFL history, we are going with the Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers to win the game.

Brady has not looked great in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers two wins. Brady completed only 54.6% of his passes against the Saints and 55% against Washington. Those numbers are good enough to beat a practice squad quarterback and a QB whose arm is gone. Those numbers are not good enough to win against the presumptive NFL MVP.

The Packers are coming off a dominating offensive performance against the number one defence in the NFL. The Packers neared 500 yards of offence against the Rams – with 188 yards coming on the ground. The Packers’ defence is also playing much better. They have held opponents under 20 points for four straight weeks and have forced multiple turnovers in five of their previous ten games.

Pick: Green Bay Packers (1.58) to Win the Game

Over 27.5 Points

1.85 1.85 Under 27.5 Points

The best game prop to bet on this game is over 27.5 points for the Green Bay Packers. In six of the Packers’ nine home games this season, they topped 27.5 points, including last week against the NFL’s number one defence. Rodgers and the Packers have also topped 27.5 points scored in their previous three home playoff games. We are wagering on the Packers to have another productive offensive performance at home.

Pick: Green Bay Packers Over 27.5 Points (1.85)

AFC Championship Predictions: Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Home Team sports-interaction sports-interaction Away Team

Kansas City Chiefs -3.0

1.98 1.83 Buffalo Bills +3.0

With Patrick Mahomes in concussion protocol making concrete predictions on this game is challenging. However, reports on Monday morning from Ian Rapoport say Mahomes is doing well and could return to practice and play in the team’s next game. But is Mahomes enough to make the Kansas City Chiefs the clear team to bet on Sunday? We are thinking – even with Mahomes – the Buffalo Bills can pull off the upset and win the game.

First, the Buffalo Bills are playing the best football in the AFC over the last two months. The Bills – who made a name for themselves on offence this season – looked like a defensive juggernaut against the Ravens in the Divisional Round.

The Bills’ defence held the Baltimore Ravens’ rushing game in check on Saturday night. The Ravens – who were averaging over 262.2 rushing yards over their last six games managed only 150 rushing yards – with no player going for more than 42 yards – and only three points against the Bills. It is the third straight week for the Bills against a playoff calibre team – Dolphins, Colts, and Ravens – their defence has made big plays.

The Chiefs – despite owning the best record in the NFL – have not looked like the best team in the league. They are 0-8-1 against the spreads since November 8 – including their playoff victory over the Browns – a game they could have easily lost.

Many pundits say the Chiefs are capable of flipping a switch – yet we have not seen them flip this so-called switch since Super Bowl LIV. Instead, the Chiefs are winning close and getting lucky. We think the Chiefs’ luck runs out on Sunday. Take the Bills and the points in the AFC Championship game.

Pick: Buffalo Bills +3.0 (1.83)

Chiefs vs. Bills Over/Under Pick

Game Total sports-interaction sports-interaction Game Total

Over 54.5 Points

1.91 1.91 Under 54.5 Points

After a flurry of scoring in the Wild Card round, the under hit in three of four games in the Divisional Weekend. In this game – with rain and some wind in the early forecast – we like the under. The weather is not the only reason we like the under.

Going back to the 2007-08 season, the total score of the AFC Championship game has been under 54.5 points ten of the last 13 years. The Bills and Chiefs combined to score 39 points last weekend and allowed only 20 points.

Pick: Under 54.5 Points (1.91)
