As the Canadian Football League regular season nears the midpoint of its regular season, the games become more important. West division teams cannot afford to lose any ground in the standings, while the East is weaker than expected. Week nine, which starts on Thursday night at 8:30 PM EST, features four great games with some great lines.

Week three of CFL games get going on Thursday night at 7:30 PM EST. The first two weeks of the season featured some great games, overtime and fourth quarterback comeback. Though just three weeks into the 2016 NFL season, it’s getting close to playoff time in the Canadian Football League. Games are taking on a postseason feel as we preview the Edmonton vs British Columbia Week 14 clash. It is surprising, and somewhat strange, but this is the first meeting of the year for these West Division rivals. Kickoff for the Lions and Eskimos battle is slated for 10:00 PM ET on September 23, 2016, at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton, Alberta.
